Tuition and Payments

​​Children must be three years old on or by September 1st to enter the Three Year Old Program, or four years old on or before September 1st for the Four Year Old Program. All children must be toilet trained during the school day and during nap time. Children must also be out of training pants or "pull-ups" before placement in the Preschool Program. There are no exceptions. 

In compliance with Michigan State Law a Health Appraisal form, a complete record of immunizations along with the required Hepatitis B  and Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccinations, must be completed by a doctor and turned into the Preschool Director at the Preschool Parent Orientation. A copy of the Birth Certificate is also required. In addition, an Emergency Form and Child Information Card must be filled out completely and turned in to the Preschool Director before your child is able to attend the program.

A non-refundable fee is required for registration for each program. Registration and FACTS program are handled through the church office. 


Registration Fee Per Student:
Non-Refundable Registration:  $100 (due at registration)

Tuition Fees Per Student:
Two Day Program* (Days can be determined, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.):    $2000
Three Day Program* (Tue, Wed, Thu, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.):                $3000
Four Day Program (Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.):                              $4000

Five Day Program (Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.):                              $5000

*Daily Programs can be flexible, but a minimum of two days would be required.

Payment Options for Tuition: Cash, check, or Automatic Bank Withdrawals (from a checking or savings account through FACTS Management Company). If using cash or checks you can only make full payments in the office in July or August or half payments in August and January. MONTHLY PAYMENTS CAN ONLY BE MADE USING FACTS. There is a $50/ family enrollment fee to set-up an account with FACTS. You MUST come in to the office to set up FACTS.

The Before & After Care Program (Latchkey) payments must be made weekly following the attendance of your child. Payments can be made in cash or check payable to the Preschool or Latchkey Directors.

Registration Fee for Latchkey :
Non-Refundable Registration Fee Per Student:  $10 (due at registration)
The cost for Latchkey is: $10 per hour per student
